Gerald E. Carducci, President and Founder

Carducci is a leader in the development and implementation of customer driven business strategies and processes within service sector enterprises.

He has over 30 years of applied senior level experience in the areas of organizational design and development, process engineering, cross-functional work team development, strategic planning and product marketing. His commitment to the field extends beyond consulting engagements and into the classroom, where he has shared his passion for perfection with students at North Park University .

When it comes to organizational development and workforce excellence, has honed his skills in the corridors of some of the largest companies in America.  Carducci holds an MBA, with honors, from North Park University and an undergraduate degree in marketing from Eastern Illinois University .

A much-published author and group facilitator, Carducci recently completed a page treatise on the aging workforce titled “America’s Changing Workforce and Workplace“. He has penned articles for professional journals and on-line newsletters.

Carducci has been tapped to serve on a number of boards and committees, applying his professional expertise. He is a member of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce where he serves on the Workplace Excellence Committee and leads its Visionary Leadership Team.  He also serves on North Park University's School of Business and Nonprofit Management Advisory Board and is a facilitator for the “Aging is an Asset” Forum Series sponsored by the Illinois Senate Higher Education Committee and Southern Illinois University, with the goal of developing public policy regarding aging and intergenerational challenges in the areas of workplace, civic engagement and economic impact.
